Ready-made items are delivered within 1–3 days in Nairobi. Custom orders may take 5–14 working days depending on the complexity. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
Exchanges & Returns
Yes. You may return unused furniture in its original condition within 3 days of delivery. Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Yes. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds cover the product cost. Delivery or setup fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Unfortunately, custom-made furniture is non-refundable, unless it arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was agreed upon.
